The above limitations of liability shall not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for breaches of any guarantee assumed by Burger or for injury to life, limb or health. Liability under the Product Liability Act shall also remain unaffected by the above limitations of liability. The statutory regulations on the burden of proof remain unaffected by the limitations of liability.
